Introduction to Meditation

The Introduction to Meditation workshop is for everyone that wants to be initiated into this practice. You will learn the basic techniques for starting a meditation journey.

We will divide the «Meditation Practice» in 5 simple steps. Each one necessary to have a successful experience during our practice.

1- Preparation

2- Cleaning and Purification

3- Centering

4- Meditation

5- Closing

During the Workshop we will also learn the philosophic fundamentals of the mind-body relation and conception of the spirit and consciousness, based on Buddhist, Yogic and Shamanic Traditions. We will learn from multiple points of view, the knowledge of the human development through meditation, and develop a non-dogmatic practice towards spirituality.
