Our Program

Just for you

Our retreat has been made to give you experiences that nurture your mind, body and spirit, starting with yoga practice in the morning and an energizing breakfast.

Right after this, we will inmerse into our inner realm through meditation and pranayama practice to bring health to our mind (nervous system), awareness to our emotions, and learning new information taken from the secrets of the yogis and buddhist masters from Tibet. 

After a very deep and powerful morning, we will have a clean and healthy vegan/vegetarian lunch to replenish our energy.

We will have free afternoons to enjoy the exquisite and paradisiac beaches of Trancoso, visit the town, etc.

By the evening we will end the day, by deepening our connection with nature and ourselves, through the four elements and different forms of dance and movement, integrating human development technics, to develop consciousness while generating a positive transformation in our life.
